4. Pay or Walk Away
We prioritise customer satisfaction. Here is where you can choose to proceed with us or walk away. If you choose to be with us, we will ask for the payment to be advanced before proceeding to revise the first draft. But don’t worry! The payment contract is not final until you are completely satisfied with our service.
5. Revision
Unlimited revisions. We will do it all the way until you’re happy. You may still ask for refund at this stage.
6. Final Delivery
When you’re finally happy with the website, we deliver the website and the report to you. Also, our website design package comes with free 6 months customer service after the date of the delivery. We will not only make your website, but also provide you assistance and guide on how to make changes at your own without any additional charges.
