This is an agreement between Suave Designs and the signee to the agreement. By signing to the agreement the signee agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. That the web design service will be delivered by Suave Designs for your business for free of charge.
2. That the overhead costs, nevertheless, are to be borne by the signee to this agreement. Overhead costs include RM45.00/11.00 USD for (.COM) domain (renew after 1 year) and RM30.00/7.50 USD for hosting (renew after 1 year), unless the signee has their own domain and/or hosting.
3. That Suave Designs will provide free maintenance of the website for 1 year from the date of agreement.
4. That the web design package includes:
- Premium web design tailored specifically for signee’s business needs.
- E-commerce store up to 15 items (on the request of signee).
- Up to 7 pages.
5. That the signee, upon final delivery of website design, gives testimony of the service experience of at least 20 words, to be displayed on Suave Designs website and that the website created for the signee to be displayed on Suave Design’s website.
Hereby, I, ________________________, the signee, agree to the terms and conditions as laid out above.
